Deleting trial data from your account
During your trial period, Tagrain team provided you with some sample data to make yourself familiar with the application. These were sample products to help you practice making sales using the Tagrain App. It’s important to clear out the sample data before you start with your own store.
To get the sample data removed from the web, please reach out to us on our Tagrain Help Centre or open a ticket with our Tagrain experts.
You will not be able to delete the sample data (old sales history data) once you have activated your Tagrain account and have set up a store.
Choosing a Tagrain Plan
Tagrain is available in 2 editions - COMMUNITY and ENTERPRISE. As the name specifies the two editions differ in the features and functionalities they have to offer. COMMUNITY Edition being lighter is best suited for single store single POS retailers, whereas ENTERPRISE edition offers multi store support and other important features required for larger operations.

Choosing Between Monthly or Annual Billing
You will be billed immediately on activation; the amount and frequency will depend on whether you decide to be billed monthly or annually. Also, Tagrain bills in advance. This means that the invoice you pay each month (or year) covers the following month rather than the previous one.
Monthly Billing
The billing cycle is a 30-day interval at which Tagrain invoices your plan's fees. You will be billed immediately on activation and then on the same day the following months.
Annual Billing
You will be billed immediately on activation and then again, every 12 months following activation. Paying annually will earn you a discount on the monthly rate you pay in total.
Activating your Tagrain Account
All you need to do is to complete the Tagrain registration process by supplying us with your information. Once done, you need to select your billing plan and key in your payment details. Click HERE to view the Tagrain Setup Checklist. Choose whether you'd like to be billed annually, or each month. Then, fill in your credit card details, and activate your account.
What happens if I make changes to my plan?
When you add an outlet/register before your next billing date, you will only be charged a prorated amount for the remaining days/months of your billing cycle. Adding an outlet to your store will incur additional charges to your Tagrain subscription. Click HERE to know more about Changing, Updating and Editing your Tagrain Plan.
Changing your plan from the COMMUNITY Edition to the ENTERPRISE Edition will change your regular billing cycle date to the new date. Please reach out to our Tagrain Experts for more information.
