Appointment Booking Plugin Features
Introduction
Plugins are small, but effective software modules that seamlessly integrate with your Tagrain Edition and contain features that extend the functionality offered by your base Tagrain Edition. You can activate a plugin from the Purchase Subscription screen. You can approach this screen from the Plugins screen or the Manage Account section. Please refer to the article on Subscription Management which explains in detail the journey and the process to activate the plugins.
Appointment Booking Plugin Overview
The Appointment Booking plugin when subscribed to and activated allows you to to extend your retail portfolio by letting you to book appointments for services on behalf of your customers. You can book appointments for shopping, technical assistance on products and services purchased, or personal sessions with the professionals at your store.

Book Appointments
The Appointment Booking plugin when subscribed to and activated allows you to to book appointments for services that your Store offers. You can book appointments for shopping, technical assistance on products and services purchased, or personal sessions with the professionals at your store.
Manage Appointment Slots
The Appointment Booking plugin when subscribed to and activated allows you to not only book appointments but also manage the time slots available/booked for the appointments. You can navigate to Home > Setup > Store > Appointment Schedule to open the Appointment Booking Schedules screen. Using this screen you can view, edit, and delete the appointment schedules.
Generate Appointment Reports
The Appointment Booking plugin when subscribed to and activated allows you to to generate a consolidated report for all the appointments booked at your Store. You can navigate to Home > Reports > Appointment Report to generate the Appointment Report.
Reduce No Shows & Cancellations
With the Appointment Booking plugin activated, you can not only schedule appointments, but also keep a track of them. You can use Appointment Templates to view and manage your appointments week wise and based on this you can schedule your staff. Knowing the Appointment Schedule in advance will help you allocate adequate time slots to the upcoming customer thereby offering him a more personalized experience. This will not only increase operational efficiency but will also reduce no-shows and cancellations.
