How can I implement Person With Disability Discount (PWD) to apply automatically after enabling BIR? (FAQ)

For BIR accreditation, the application should offer every Senior Citizen (SC) or Person With Disability (PWD) a specific discount on the entire transaction. I cannot see my previous sale transactions after enabling BIR? (FAQ)

On the Global Settings page, when you toggle the switch Enable BIR to ON, all the previous sale transaction history is purged. That is why you don’t see your previous sale transactions. When you enable BIR, the following notification prompt appears on the screen: 

Please Note - Once BIR is enabled, it cannot be disabled.

I have enabled BIR in the application. However I still do not see the new BIR settings? (FAQ)

On the Global Settings page, once you have toggled the switch Enable BIR to ON, you must log out and log back into the application for the new settings to take affect.

Some information like Company Name, TIN, Accreditation Number, etc are missing from the Receipt Header and Footer. How can I fix these? (FAQ)

For BIR accreditation, every Sales Invoice / Transaction Receipt must display some specific information related to that business. You can navigate to Home > Setup > Store Management > Receipt Format to customize your receipts. See: Receipt Formats. Most of the fields in a Receipt Format are printed automatically. However, the following information has to be entered manually:

To be specified in the Receipt Header

Company Name and Address 

Company Tax Identification Number (TIN) 

To be specified in the Receipt Footer

Company details of accreditation (in this case Clasen) 

Accreditation Number

Date Accreditation issued

Can I switch OFF BIR settings after I have enabled them? (FAQ)

No, you cannot switch OFF BIR settings once they are enabled. When you enable BIR, the following notification prompt appears on the screen: 

This means that once you toggle the switch Enable BIR to ON, it cannot be turned OFF.

The Gift Cards and Credit Memo plugin gets disabled on enabling the BIR. Is it possible to reactivate the plugin?

Enabling BIR permanently disables the Gift Cards and Credit Memos Plugin from the application. However, if you want you can reactivate the Gift Cards and Credit Memos Plugin from the Purchase Subscription Screen. You can approach this screen either from the Plugins Screen or from the Manage Account Section. 

From The Plugins Screen : If you are coming from the Plugins screen, you need to click on the Activate button on the plugin tile labeled Gift Cards and Credit Memos.

From The Manage Accounts Section : If you are coming from the Manage Account section, navigate to Choose My Subscription section and put a tick in the activation checkbox to mark the plugin as Active. 

In either case, the application lets you review your order summary before clicking the Confirm & Pay button in the Cart Detail section to process payment.
