Can I reload a Gift Card using the Tagrain App for Android?

Answer

You can reload or recharge Gift Cards using the Tagrain web application. However, to sell it you can use both the web App and the Tablet App.

Recharge a gift card

Recharging a Tagrain Gift Card allows you to add more balance to an existing Gift Card and can be reused multiple times. Click HERE to know more about how to recharge a Gift Card and check its balance.

To be able to recharge Gift Cards or check its balance, you need to log in to your Tagrain web application.

To learn more on how to sell a Tagrain Gift Card, follow the steps below.

  1. Open web register
  2. Select the Gift Card to sell
  3. Select customer
  4. Select quantity
  5. Select price
  6. Specify the serial number
  7. Insert notes if any
  8. Offer Discounts if any
  9. Tap the green "Pay" button to open the payments window.
  10. Select the applicable payment type. 
You cannot add a surcharge or apply a tax when selling a Gift Card.
