Can the inventory base UoM different from the inventory counting base UoM?

Yes, when performing a Stock Count, you can select a different inventory counting base UoM than the default base UoM. The Actual Count Screen, has a dedicated column for the Unit of Measure, which displays the Base UoM of the product by default. However when counting the stock you can select a UoM different from the default UoM, in the Unit of Measure column. 
Plugins in Tagrain are either Subscription Based or License Based. So the price that you pay for your plugins is based on the number of POS terminals that you have in your setup and the number of licences that you have acquired.
