Does a user require a special role or privilege to work with the Stock Counting plugin?

Yes, the user to be able to work with Stock Counting Plugin, must be assigned the Stock Count role under Inventory Transactions. Once the role has been assigned, you can grant one of the following permissions to the role.

View permission will allow the user to only View the Stock Count document. He won’t be able to update the counted values or post the adjustment entries.

Add / Update permission will allow the user to Create a new Stock Count, update the counted values and NOT post the adjustment entries.

Full permission will allow the user to Create a new Stock Count, update the counted values and AND post the adjustment entries.

Plugins in Tagrain are either Subscription Based or License Based. So the price that you pay for your plugins is based on the number of POS terminals that you have in your setup and the number of licences that you have acquired.
