Yes, a user requires special permissions or privileges to work with Stock Transfers in Tagrain. There are two separate authorization levels that exist under Inventory Transactions, one for Stock Transfer Shipment and another for Stock Transfer Receipt. What this actually means is that authorization rights can be individually given to users. For example, a user may have rights to receive but not ship and vice versa.
