The Appointment Booking plugin is a software module that when integrated with Tagrain allows you to extend your retail portfolio, by letting you book appointments for in store services for your customers. You can book appointments for shopping, technical assistance on products and services purchased, or personal sessions with the professionals at your store, thereby avoiding customer queues and long wait times.
With the Appointment Booking plugin activated, you can not only schedule appointments, but also keep a track of them. You can use Appointment Templates to view and manage your appointments week wise and based on this you can schedule your staff.
Note: Plugins in Tagrain are either Subscription Based or License Based. So the price that you pay for your plugins is based on the number of POS terminals that you have in your setup and the number of licences that you have acquired.
