Introduction
Tagrain allows you to Export Surcharge information. You can use this feature to know the total number of Surcharges that you are dealing with, at a given time. This feature is primarily meant for managers and administrators who are responsible for application management.
The steps to export the Surcharge information are listed below:
Step 1. Click the Export button on the Surcharge List View screen
Step 2. Browse to a location where you want to save the surcharge.xls file.
Step 3. Click on the Save As button to save the surcharge.xls file to your desired location.
The surcharge.xls file is a spreadsheet file and can be opened using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets or any compatible spreadsheet processor.
The steps to export the Surcharge information are listed below:
Step 1. Navigate to the location where the surcharge.xls file is saved.
Step 2. Open the file to view or edit Surcharge information.
The surcharge.xls file holds the entire Surcharge Master data which can further be utilized for analysis and reporting.

The table below shows the surcharge.xls file headers that are available to manage the Surcharge data.
Name
This field is used to specify the Name for the Manufacturer (Brand).
Type
This field displays if the Surcharge is applied on a Product as an amount or a percentage. The available values are: 0 - For Amount and 1 – For Percent.
Amount
This field displays the amount of Surcharge.
Percent
This field displays the percentage of Surcharge.
Tax Code
This field displays the type of tax code.
Is Refundable
This field displays if the Surcharge is refundable or not. The available values are True and False
