To generate a snapshot of the sale transactions, when managing the Tagrain application, you can make use of the excel based export template. This allows you to review and monitor the sale transactions for the selected store, for the date range specified. This feature is useful for managers and administrators who are responsible for application management.
The table below shows the Transaction Report.xls file headers that are available to manage the sale transactions Data.
Transaction ID
This field displays the unique alphanumeric number assigned to the sale transaction.
Store
This field displays the name of the store where the sale was made.
POS
This field displays the name of the POS where the sale was made.
User
This field displays the name of the user who performed the sale.
Actual Date
This field displays the actual date in MM/DD/YYYY format, when the sale transaction took place.
Customer
This field displays the ID of the customer to whom the sale was made.
Total
This field displays the sale total amount.
Is Suspended
This field displays if the sale transaction was suspended. The available values are: True and False.
Balance Amount
This field displays the sale balance amount, if any.
Has Sales
This field is used to indicate if the sale transaction includes sale items. The available values are: True and False.
