Introduction
Fulfillments is the process of fulfilling / delivering customer orders.
An order placed in Tagrain, be it for Home Delivery or for Store Pickup, must be delivered. The order can be fulfilled / delivered either from Fulfillments screen under Inventory Transactions OR from Recent Sales in Web Register.

Prerequisites
The Customer Order and Delivery Management Plugin must be activated
An order in Tagrain can also be fulfilled from the Tagrain Apps for Android and iPad
From The Fulfilment Screen
Step 1. Navigate to Home > Inventory Transactions > Fulfilments. This will open the Fulfilments List View Screen. All the existing Fulfilments are listed on this screen.

The Fulfilments screen lists all the transactions that have been fulfilled or awaiting Fulfilment. This screen has 3 sections: All | Pickup Pending | Delivery Pending
All
This screen displays all the sale orders whether they are Pickup Pending or Delivery Pending.
Pickup Pending
This screen displays only those orders that are marked as “Pickup Pending”.

Delivery Pending
This screen displays only those orders that are marked as “Delivery Pending”.

Step 2. Click on the […] under the Action column. You will see the option: Mark as Picked | Mark as Delivered. These options will vary depending upon the transaction type whether it is Store Pickup or Home Delivery.
Step 3. Click Mark as Picked or Mark as Delivered depending upon the type of transaction to bring up the Delivery Note screen.
Step 4. Fill in the Tracking Information like the Tracking ID or the Tracking URL and click the Save button to process Fulfilment. See: Customer Order Fulfilment and its stages
From The Recent Sales Screen
Step 1. Navigate to Home > Web Register > Recent Sales. This will open the Recent Sales Screen. All the recent transactions (including existing Fulfilments) are listed on this screen.

The Fulfilments screen will list all the transactions that have been fulfilled or awaiting Fulfilment. This screen has 3 sections: All | Pickup Pending | Delivery Pending

Step 2. Click on the […] under the Action column. You will see the option: Mark as Picked | Mark as Delivered. These options will vary depending upon the transaction type whether it is Store Pickup or Home Delivery.
Step 3. Click Mark as Picked or Mark as Delivered depending upon the type of transaction to bring up the Delivery Note screen.
Step 4. Fill in the Tracking Information like the Tracking ID or the Tracking URL and click the Save button to process Fulfilment. See: Customer Order Fulfilment and its stages
