When you enable BIR, a new promotion type - Senior Citizens Discount Promotion is automatically created and appears under Promotions. This special promotion is created to ensure that a specific discount of 20% is applied to all senior citizen customers on the total bill / invoice value, when such a customer is selected on the POS terminal.
