Yes, Tagrain allows you to customise your Customer Facing Display. You can either upload an image (should not exceed 1MB in size and can either be a .jpg or .png image) for the Customer Facing Display OR can specify a publicly accessible URL to stream your promotion video on the Customer Facing Display, all from the Global Settings Page.
The Customer Facing Display plugin is licensed based and its pricing is based on the number of stores in your environment. This means that when you license this plugin, it will be applicable to all the stores in your environment.
The Tagrain Customer Facing Display application is available on both - Android and iOS and can be downloaded from the respective App stores.
