My customers are getting an error "Table Not Found". How do I fix it?

Your customers may encounter an Table Not Found error if the Table for which you have generated the QR Code is not marked as Active. To prevent this error from reoccurring, you can navigate to Home > Setup > Store Management, expand the Tables accordion and flip the Active switch ON.

Flip ON this switch to generate a unique QR code containing 

  • The Landing Page URL 

  • The Table information (Number and Location)

  • The Store outlet it is mapped to.


Make sure that the table for which you are generating the QR is Active.
