Troubleshoot the Tagrain App for iPad

Objective

To troubleshoot and resolve issues with the Tagrain App for iPad.

   

Setup

Tagrain App for iPad


Steps

  • Update the Tagrain App for iPad using the Apple App Store

  • Search for the Tagrain App for iPad in the Apple App store

  • If the Tagrain App for iPad suggests an Update, then tap the update button to update the App


Update the iPad Version on your Tablet

  • Open settings on your iPad’s home screen

  • Tap General

  • Tap Software Update

  • If there is an update available, tap Download and Install to the download and install the iPad update 



Important


The steps mentioned above are applicable to all Apple devices running iPad 10.0 and above. 



Clear the Tablet browser Cache

  • Open settings on your iPad’s home screen

  • Tap Safari

  • Tap “Clear History and Website Data”


Delete the Tagrain App

  • Tap and hold the Tagrain App for iPad

  • Tap the 'Remove App' that appears next to the App icon 


Reinstall the Tagrain App

  • Open the Apple App store and search for the Tagrain App for iPad

  • Tap GET to download and install the App 


Additional Information

Deleting and reinstalling the Tagrain app will disconnect Tagrain from any hardware/payment processors that you might have setup to use with the app.  



Important


Before deleting the Tagrain App for iPad, make sure you have a valid Apple ID, to download and install the Tagrain App for iPad again.
