Under what scenarios can a shipment be short closed?

A shipment is said to be ‘short closed’ when the sender or destination store knows that the balance (or the entire shipment) will not be completed. A shipment can only be short closed from the sender store. Once the shipment is short-closed, the status of the shipment is marked as Short Closed and reflects on both the Stock Transfer Shipment List View Screen as well as the Stock Transfer Receipt List View Screen. status of the Stock Transfer Shipment will be marked as ‘short closed’.

Plugins in Tagrain are either Subscription Based or License Based. So the price that you pay for your plugins is based on the number of POS terminals that you have in your setup and the number of licences that you have acquired. 

There will be no change in your subscription amount in the current billing cycle if you are only deactivating the Stock Transfers and Inventory Tracking plugin AND not updating your Store / POS count.
