Why am I not able to define the credit limit for my customer?

To be able to define credit limits for your customers you must subscribe to and activate the Customer and Credit Management plugin. 


The field to set credit limit is found under the Additional Information section of the Create Customer screen. This field will be greyed out if the Customer and Credit Management plugin is inactive.


Plugins in Tagrain are either Subscription Based or License Based. So the price that you pay for your plugins is based on the number of POS terminals that you have in your setup and the number of licences that you have acquired.
