Introduction
Appointment Booking is a mechanism where your customer can reserve a specific time slot usually online or over the phone to avail professional services that you offer. This screen stores the settings related to creation and management of appointment schedules.
Prerequisites
The Appointment Schedule feature is unlocked when you subscribe to and activate the Appointment Booking plugin in Tagrain.
Steps to create a New Service
The steps to create a New Service are explained below:
For the purpose of this article we have presumed that you are on the Create Schedule screen and have already filled in the remaining fields.
Step 1. Click the Service drop-down and select the Create New Service option.
Step 2. Selecting the Create New Service option brings up the Appointment Service screen. (As Shown in the Image below)
Step 3. Key in the required information - Service Name, and Service Description. You can also add a logo. This logo will be displayed on the Service Portal Page.
