Export Inventory Report Data in Tagrain
Introduction
To view the total available inventory across stores, when managing the Tagrain application, you can make use of the excel based export template. This allows you to view and monitor the available quantity of a product per store. The summary can be shown based on Product / Product Group / Customer / Customer Group or Cashier. This feature is useful for managers and administrators who are responsible for application management.
Steps to Export Inventory Report Data
The steps to export the Inventory Report Data using the excel template are listed below:
- Open the Tagrain Web application. Navigate to: Home > Reports > Inventory Report.
- Select a Store by clicking on the […] button.
- Select a Product by clicking on the […] button.
- Select a Product Group by clicking on the […] button.
- Click on the “Filter By” drop-down to select a filter.
- Click on the “Export” symbol on the Inventory Report Master Screen. This will download the entire Inventory Report Master Data into an Excel sheet. This downloaded data can be further be utilized for further analysis purposes.
- The template helps you validate the values and information therein.
The table below shows the Inventory Report.xls file headers that are available to manage the Inventory Data.
Status
This field displays if the product inventory is available.
Store
This field displays the name of the Store where the inventory is stocked.
Product
This field displays the code of the product in stock.
Description
This field displays the name and description of the product in stock.
Product Group
This field displays the group of the product in stock.
Brand
This field displays the sale amount after tax.
Base Price
This field displays the base price of the product in stock.
Total Available Quantity
This field displays the total available quantity of the product in stock.
Reorder Level
This field displays if the re-order level is set for the product.
