Exporting Tax Codes in Tagrain

Overview

To know the total number of Tax Codes that you are dealing with, when managing the Tagrain application, you can make use of the excel based export template. This allows you to view and edit the Tax Code Data. This feature is useful for managers and administrators who are responsible for application management.
 

Steps to Export Tax Codes in Tagrain

The steps to export Tax Codes using the excel template are listed below:

Click on the “Export” symbol on the Tax Code List View screen. This will download the entire Tax Code Master Data into an Excel sheet. This downloaded data can be further utilized for further analysis purposes.

  • The template has tool tips to assist you validate the values and information therein.

  • The table below shows the TaxCode.xls file headers that are available to manage the Tax Code Data.
     

Field

Description/Activity

Name

This field displays the Name for the Tax Code.

Has Tax Component

This field defines if the Tax has sub-components. The available values are: True and False

Rate

This field displays the Tax Rate applicable.

Is Default

This field displays if the Tax Code is set as the default Tax Code. The available values are: True and False.
