Exporting the POS in Tagrain

Overview

To know the total number of POS that you are dealing with, when managing the Tagrain application, you can make use of the excel based export template. This allows you to view the POS, the Store it is associated with and the Receipt Template being used at the POS. This feature is useful for managers and administrators who are responsible for application management.
 

Steps to Export the POS in Tagrain

 

The steps to export POS using the excel template are listed below:

  • Click on the “Export” symbol on the POS Master Screen. This will download the entire POS Master Data into an Excel sheet. This downloaded data can be utilized for further analysis purposes.

  • The template can be used to validate the values and information therein.

  • The table below shows the POS.xls file headers that are available to manage the POS Data.

Field

Description/Activity

Name

This field displays the Name of the POS.

Store

This field displays the Name of the Store, the POS is associated with.

Print Format

This field displays the Receipt Format that is being used at the POS.
