Can I reload a Gift Card using the Tagrain Android app?


Answer

You can reload or recharge gift cards using the Tagrain web app. However, to sell it you can use both the web app and the tablet app. 



QuoteImportant: To be able to recharge Gift Cards or check its balance, you need to log in to your Tagrain web application.


Recharging a Tagrain Gift Card allows you to add more balance to an existing Gift Card and can be reused multiple times. Click HERE to know more about how to recharge a Gift Card and check its balance. 

To learn more on how to sell a Tagrain Gift Card, follow the steps below.

  • Open web register

  • Select the gift card to sell

  • Select customer

  • Select quantity

  • Select price

  • Specify the serial number

  • Insert notes, if any

  • Offer Discounts, if any

  • Tap the green "Pay" button to open the payments window.

  • Select the applicable payment type.



IdeaTip: You cannot add a surcharge or apply a tax when selling a Gift Card.
