Where can I see how much a customer owes to me (On Account)?

From the Web Register use the list of transactions to find the transaction at the end of the line the actions will allow you to select Pay.  This will bring the payment needed to the Transaction screen you can then select the appropriate payment type to complete the transaction and clear off the On-Account balance. The Payment Type feature is available in Tagrain on activation of the "Customer and Credit Management" Plugin.
