Exporting Users in Tagrain

Overview

To know the total number of Users that you are dealing with, when managing the Tagrain application, you can make use of the excel based export template. This allows you to view and edit the Customer Group Data. This feature is useful for managers and administrators who are responsible for application management. 


Steps to Export User Data

The steps to export User Data using the excel template are listed below:

  1. Click on the “Export” symbol on the User Master Screen. This will download the entire User Master Data into an Excel sheet. This downloaded data can be further utilized for further analysis purposes. 


 


The template has tool tips to assist you validate the values and information therein. 


The table below shows the SecurityUser.xls file headers that are available to manage the User Data.

Field

Description/Activity

User ID

This field displays the User ID of the Security User.

User Name

This field displays the Name of the Security User.

Email

This field displays it the email address of the Security User. 

Phone

This field displays the Phone Number of the Security User. 

Allow Access To All Sites

The available values are: True and False.

Security Role

This field displays the type of Security Role assigned to the Security User.
