Scan and Order Plugin is a software module that seamlessly integrates with Tagrain POS and allows customers to use their mobile phones to scan a QR code kept at their table(s) to place an order. Scanning the QR code opens a mobile responsive landing page using which the customer can place a table order.
If for some reason, you no longer require the Scan and Order Plugin, Tagrain makes it simple by allowing you to deactivate the Plugin.
You can deactivate the Scan and Order Plugin from the Purchase Subscription page. You can approach this page via the Plugins screen or the Manage Accounts section.
Step 1. Navigate to Home > Plugins. This will open the Plugins Grid View Screen.
Step 2. Navigate to the “Active” section on the Plugins Grid View Screen. This section will display all the plugins that are currently active. You should see the “Scan and Order” Plugin. Click on the Deactivate button.
Step 3. Click on the Review & Checkout button to open the Purchase Subscription page
Step 4. You should see the “Scan and Order” Plugin de-selected on the Purchase Subscription page, under the Already Active section. The Scan and Order Plugin tile will also display your QR Ordering entitlement.
Step 5. Review your order summary and click on the Confirm & Pay button in the Cart Detail section to proceed with deactivation.
Step 1. Navigate to the admin section on the top right corner of the screen and click on Manage Account.
Step 2. On the Subscription screen that opens, click the Upgrade button to reach the Purchase Subscription page.
Step 3. You should see the “Scan and Order” Plugin de-selected on the Purchase Subscription page, under the Already Active section. The Scan and Order Plugin tile will also display your QR Ordering entitlement.
Step 4. Review your order summary and click on the Confirm & Pay button in the Cart Detail section to proceed with deactivation.
