Introduction
Web Register is the POS terminal. Tagrain is an application that scales up as the business scales. One of the ways it keeps pace with the growth is by allowing you to create additional Stores and Registers.
Please Note: Adding POS or Web Registers will impact your Tagrain subscription.
Steps to add additional Stores and Registers
The section below explains in detail the process of adding stores and registers in Tagrain.
To start adding stores go to Setup > Store Management.
This section has all the settings required for managing store operations including definition of Stores, POS Registers, Receipt Formats, and setting up Sales Targets for the company.
Click on POS to open the list view of the POS Registers already defined.
Click on Add POS to open the Add New POS screen and fill in the details. Print format requires the template for the transaction receipt that you want to print on this POS Register.
Everytime you want to replace one POS with another, you MUST reset the POS using the Scissors Icon. This is called “Reinitializing the POS”.
