BIR Daily Report is specific to BIR (Bureau of Internal Revenue) in the Philippines.
BIR Daily Report is used for reviewing and monitoring the sale transactions done on a particular day and for a specified store.
The BIR (Bureau of Internal Revenue) Daily report contains the following information:
Sales listing of all transactions for the BIR certified POS for the day
Sales Invoice Number or the transaction number for refund (in case of a refund)
Customer Name (Blank when not known)
Customer Address (Blank when not known)
Customer TIN (Blank when not known)
Sales Total for transaction
Vatable Sales total
Exempt Sales total
VAT amount
On the Global Settings page, toggle the switch Enable BIR to ON.
To generate the BIR Daily Report, navigate to Home > Reports > BIR Daily Report, and perform the following steps:
Select a POS
Select a Date (Day) for which the report is to be generated
Click on the Search Button
Once the report is generated, the columns can then be filtered in ascending / descending order.
The BIR Report is displayed in a grid format. Every row in the grid represents a transaction. Each column in the grid represents the different values of the transaction (row)
Please Note -
This report is run for the entire day.
The data included in the BIR Daily Report is quite similar to the data displayed in the EOD (Z-Read) report.

The BIR (Bureau of Internal Revenue) Daily report contains the following information:
BIR Daily Report can be exported using the Export button. Click on the Export button and navigate to the location where you intend to save the BIR Daily Report. Click on the Save button to save the file.
BIR Daily Report can be printed using the Print button. Click the Print button to open the Print Preview page where you can specify the print options like the destination printer, number of copies and pages to be printed etc. Click on the Print button to print the BIR Daily Report.
