Exporting Customer Report in Tagrain

To view the total number of customers you are dealing with, when managing the Tagrain application, you can make use of the excel based export template. This allows you to view the customer names along with their ID, the customer groups they belong to, the balance due, if any against them, the time when the last sale was made by them. This feature is useful for managers and administrators who are responsible for application management.
 

Steps to Export Customer Report in Tagrain

The steps to export the Customer Report using the excel template are listed below:

  • Open the Tagrain Web application. Navigate to: Home > Reports > Customer Report.

  • Select a Customer Group by clicking on the […] button.

  • Select the date range by clicking on the calendar icon.

  • Click on the “Export” symbol on the Customer Report Master Screen. This will download the entire Customer Report Master Data into an Excel sheet. This downloaded data can be further utilized for further analysis purposes.

The table below shows the Customer Report.xls file headers that are available to manage the Customer Data.

Field

Description/Activity

Customer

This field displays if the product inventory is available.

Customer Group

This field displays the name of the Store where the inventory is stocked.

Customer Balance

This field displays the code of the product in stock.

Creation Time

This field displays the date when the customer record was created. The format of the date should always be in MM/DD/YYYY. This is important because the upload template only understands the date in MM/DD/YYYY format.

Last Sale Date

This field displays the date when the last sale was made by this customer. The format of the date should always be in MM/DD/YYYY. This is important because the upload template only understands the date in MM/DD/YYYY format.

Sale Value

This field displays the total sale value against a customer.
