Exporting Surcharges in Tagrain

Overview

To know the total number of Surcharges that you are dealing with, when managing the Tagrain application, you can make use of the excel based export template. This allows you to view and edit the Surcharge Data. This feature is useful for managers and administrators who are responsible for application management.
 

Steps to Export Surcharges in Tagrain

The steps to export Surcharges using the excel template are listed below:


Click on the “Export” symbol on the Surcharge Master Screen. This will download the entire Surcharge Master Data into an Excel sheet. This downloaded data can be further utilized for further analysis purposes.


The excel template has tooltips to assist you validate the values and information therein.


 

 

The table below shows the Surcharge.xls file headers that are available to manage the Surcharge Data.

  

Field

Description/Activity

Name

This field displays the Name for the Customer Group.

Amount Type

This field displays if the Surcharge is applied on a Product as an amount or a percentage. The available values are: 0 - For Amount and 1 – For Percent. Tax Code applicable on the Customer Group.

Amount

This field displays the amount or percentage of Surcharge.

Tax Code

This field displays the type of tax code 

Is Refundable

This field displays if the Surcharge is refundable or not. The available values are True and False
