What Are Surcharges And How To Define Them?
Surcharges are additional charges that a retailer may decide to levy on products. These additional charges are applied to the complete transaction.
Surcharges can be levied either as a fixed amount or can be a percentage of the total price.
Surcharges can also be mentioned in Purchase documents like Purchase Order, Goods Receipt against a PO, etc.
