Introduction
Loyalty is a rewards program that offers frequent customers motivation to remain loyal to the business for a long-term business benefit.
Customers may be entitled for a Loyalty program as per the company’s loyalty program policies. Every loyalty point is associated with a predetermined monetary reward, which is governed by the loyalty program.
Requirements
The "Loyalty" feature is included upon activation of the "Customer Loyalty Management" plugin.
Customers should be enrolled for a loyalty program:

Additional Loyalty Program Controls
When you switch ON “Is Loyalty Enabled” setting, you get to see some additional options that help you define a Loyalty Program. The options are explained below:
Point Conversion Ratio
It specifies what number of accumulated loyalty points will translate into how much currency. You need to specify a monetary value that is equivalent to 1 Loyalty Program, as per the Loyalty Program Policy laid out in the company guidelines.
Send Welcome Email
Switch ON the “Send Welcome Email” setting to send a welcome message to those customers who have enrolled in the loyalty program. When you enable this setting, you will get to see an “Email Template Text Box” field. You can compose a template email as a welcome email message. This email will be sent to all your Loyalty enabled customers.
If the “Is Loyalty Enabled” setting is switched OFF, you will not see the “Point Conversion Ratio” and “Send Welcome Email” options.
Click on the “Save” button to save the Loyalty Program changes and exit the screen.
Loyalty program needs to be actively managed by someone in the organization. If they are not, then they can easily fall by the wayside.
Loyalty points are equivalent to money. Please be careful when setting them up that they work the way they are required to. It is very easy to set up a loyalty that can either be counterfeited or can be used to give more discounts than anticipated.
