Exporting Sales Target in Tagrain

Overview

To generate a snapshot of the Sale activities, when managing the Tagrain application, you can make use of the excel based export template. This allows you to view the sale activities and compare the expected performance with the actual performance. This feature is useful for managers and administrators who are responsible for application management.


Steps to Export Sales Target Type Data

The steps to export the Sales Target Type Data using the excel template are listed below:

  1. Click on the “Export” symbol on the Sales Target Data Master Screen. This will download the entire Sales Target Master Data into an Excel sheet. This downloaded data can be further utilized for further analysis purposes. 



  1. The template has tool tips to assist you validate the values and information therein. 


 


The table below shows the Sales Target.xls file headers that are available to manage the Sales Target Data.


Field

Description/Activity

Name

This field displays the Name for the Customer Group. 

Start Date

This field displays the Start Date of the Sales Target. The format of the date should always be in MM/DD/YYYY. This is important because the upload template only understands the date in MM/DD/YYYY format.

End Date

This field displays the End Date of the Sales Target. The format of the date should always be in MM/DD/YYYY. This is important because the upload template only understands the date in MM/DD/YYYY format.
