Exporting Sales Target Report in Tagrain

Overview

To generate a snapshot of the Sale activities, when managing the Tagrain application, you can make use of the excel based export template. This allows you to compare expected performance with actual. This feature is useful for managers and administrators who are responsible for application management.

Steps to Export Sales Target Report in Tagrain

The steps to export the Sales Target Report using the excel template are listed below:

  • Open the Tagrain Web application. Navigate to: Home > Reports > Sales Target Report.

  • Select a Store Target by clicking on the […] button.

  • Specify the date range by clicking on the Calendar icon. 

  • Click on the “Export” symbol on the Sales Target Report Master Screen. This will download the entire Sales Target Report Master Data into an Excel sheet. This downloaded data can be utilized for further analysis.

  •  The template has tool tips to assist you validate the values and information therein.

In order to export Sales Target Report data, you need to define a Sales Target by navigating to: Home > Setup > Store Management > Sales Target



 

The table below shows the Sales Target Report.xls file headers that are available to manage the Sale Target Data.
 

Field

Description/Activity

Target Type

This field displays the type of Sale Target set. The available values are: 3 – For Store, 4 – For Sales Person, 5 – For Cashier, 6 – For Product Group and 7 – For Merchandize Hierarchy

Value

This field displays the name of the store, sales person, cashier, product group or merchandize hierarchy.

Target Value

This field displays the target value set.

Actual Value

This field displays the name of the user who performed the sale.
