Introduction

Moneris Payment Processor  plugin is a software module that seamlessly integrates with Tagrain POS and allows you to offer a quick, seamless and secure payment experience to your customers. Once set up, cashiers can take credit and debit card payments from customers at the POS using the Moneris Payment Device. This integration helps your cashier by removing the need to manually enter the amount and card details at the POS. 



Available only for Canada, Moneris Payment Processor plugin allows you to accept normal and contactless NFC credit and debit card payments from all major brands using the Moneris Payment Device.


The Moneris Payment Processor  plugin comes free with Tagrain. 


Activating this plugin will have no impact on your existing subscription. 




Plugin Subscription



You must subscribe to and activate the plugin if you want your cashiers to be able to take credit and debit card payments from customers at the POS terminal using the Moneris Payment Device. Subscribing to Moneris Payment Processor plugin is a multi-step process. 


  • Activate the plugin

  • Configure the Moneris Payment Type

  • Generate Moneris Payment Device ID

Moneris Payment Processor  plugin is a software module that seamlessly integrates with Tagrain POS and allows you to offer a quick, seamless and secure payment experience to your customers. Integrates with Tagrain POS System

This plugin allows you to integrate Moneris Payment Processor with Tagrain on iPad, Android tablet or PC. Once integrated, it allows you to accept credit and debit card payments from customers at the POS terminal using the Moneris Payment Device. The payment collected is reconciled and lets you see most deposits in your Account the next day.


Synchronise POS transactions

This plugin allows you to integrate Moneris Payment Processor with Tagrain on iPad, Android tablet or PC. Once integrated, it allows you to accept credit and debit card payments from customers at the POS terminal using the Moneris Payment Device. These payments flow from Tagrain to your Moneris Payment Processor and vice versa, so there’s no need for you or your cashier to manually enter the amount in the books or do reconciliation at the end of the day.


Accept any form of payment

Accept the latest payment technologies with Moneris Payment Processor, including credit cards and debit cards from all major brands, and contactless NFC payments. When you integrate your Tagrain POS system with the Moneris Payment Processor, the data (which typically comprises the reference numbers and auth numbers for the credit card transactions done), syncs directly between the  Moneris Payment  terminal and the Tagrain point-of-sale, helping you save the hassle of manually entering the amount, customer and card details at the checkout.

Moneris Payment Processor is a PCI-certified system that is fully encrypted to ensure your customers can shop with greater confidence and is EMV-certified to keep you protected. When you integrate your Tagrain POS system with the Moneris Payment Processor, the data (which typically comprises the reference numbers and auth numbers for the credit card transactions done), syncs directly between the  Moneris Payment  terminal and the Tagrain point-of-sale.
