Tagrain QuickBooks Integration Plugin is a software module that is seamlessly integrated with Tagrain and allows you to further extend the capabilities of your TAGRAIN edition. It not only allows you to make and accept business payments, manage bills, and your payroll functions but also lets you post your sales, sale refunds, payments, cash ins, cash outs, floating expenses, and till variance from Tagrain to QuickBooks. This will help you ease your accounting procedures and reduce the need for double-data-entry.
The plugin can be deactivated anytime during your subscription. Tagrain makes it simple by allowing you to deactivate the Plugin.
You can deactivate this plugin either from the plugins screen by clicking the Deactivate button OR can select the plugin for deactivation from the ‘Already Active’ tab in the Purchase Subscription screen.

You can start the process from two places.
From the plugins page select the plugins that you want to activate or deactivate. Clicking on Review & Checkout on the top right of your screen takes you to the Purchase Subscription page where all the plugins will be preselected for activation and deactivation.
Navigate to the admin section on the top right corner of the screen and click on Manage Account. In the screen that opens, click Upgrade button to reach the Purchase Subscription page
In this section, we will look at how to deactivate the Tagrain QuickBooks Integration Plugin in Tagrain.
Step 1. Login to the Tagrain Web application. Navigate to Home > Plugins. The Plugins grid view screen is displayed. Go to the “Active” section. This section will display all the Plugins that you may have activated over the period. You should see the Tagrain QuickBooks Integration plugin in this section.
Note: You can click “More Details” to read about what this Plugin offers including screenshots and an FAQ section. In case you change your mind, you can click on the “Unselect” button to cancel deactivation.
Step 2. Click the “Deactivate” button on the Tagrain QuickBooks Integration Plugin Tile. Here you will have two choices:
OK And Continue Selecting
Click this button if you wish to remove more plugins from your existing Tagrain edition.
Review And Checkout
Click this button if you wish to remove just this single plugin from your existing Tagrain edition.
Step 3. Click the “Review and Checkout” button to review your selection. This will bring up the “Purchase Subscription” screen. You can read a summary of the Plugin you are going to deactivate along with its annual cost. See: Tagrain Pricing
Step 4. Once you have reviewed your subscription, you may click the “Pay” button.
Navigate to the admin section on the top right corner of the screen and click on Manage Account. In the screen that opens, click Upgrade button to reach the Purchase Subscription page
There are 4 sections on this page.
Choose your subscription tab
This tab lists the plugins that are available for you to activate and include in your subscription. The plugins that you select for activation are added to the Order Summary tab.
Already Active tab
This tab lists all the plugins that are already active in your subscription. You have the option to select these plugins for deactivation.
If you are here from the Plugins page, your plugin Tagrain QuickBooks Integration will already be selected for deactivation
If you are here directly from the Manage Account section, you will have to select your plugin Tagrain QuickBooks Integration for selection. You also have the option to select additional plugins for deactivation.
The effect on pricing due to the updated list of plugins can be seen under New Subscription in Cart Details.
Order Summary tab
This section lists all the plugins that have been selected for activation or deactivation.
Number of stores considered for the New Subscription pricing is mentioned below every plugin that has been selected for activation
Cart Details
The selected plugin will get added to the New Subscription section of the cart details.

Once you have reviewed your order summary in the Order Summary tab, click on Confirm & Pay button in the Cart Detail section.
Since you are deactivating a pre-paid plugin, AND since there are no refunds or amount adjustments, you will not be required to pay any amount right now. Deactivating a plugin will reduce your subscription amount due from the next billing cycle.
Please note that the number of stores in your setup affects the overall plugin pricing.
This is explained with an example below.
Let's say your setup has 2 stores and 2 POS
You are on an Annual Billing Cycle 1st Jan - 31st Dec
On 5th April you want to deactivate a plugin whose annual price per store is $5.99
The reduction in your subsequent billing amount will be 2 X 5.99 X 12 = 143.76 (because there are 2 stores)
